Project Summary Of Naikan Institute
I was tasked with transforming the digital presence of Naikan Institute, an educational organization based in Delhi, by overhauling their social media pages and managing their Meta Ad campaigns. When I took over, the institute had a high cost per lead (CPL) of ₹75 after six months of campaigns. By strategically optimizing their Meta Ad campaigns and refining their targeting, I successfully reduced the CPL to less than ₹47, driving more cost-effective lead generation. My focus wasn’t just on paid ads; I also guided their content creators, helping shape a cohesive and engaging social media strategy that aligned with their educational goals and audience.
In addition to the improvements in advertising, I took charge of their social media management, specifically Instagram, where they started with fewer than 1,000 followers. Through consistent content strategy, community engagement, and optimized posting, I grew their Instagram following to over 2,500 within just six months. This growth not only enhanced their brand visibility but also increased user interaction, ultimately leading to higher engagement and conversions. By combining paid advertising with organic social media efforts, I helped Naikan Institute establish a stronger, more influential online presence that delivered measurable results.
